Job Responsibilities Flex Careers 2025

Monitor completeness, accuracy and consistency of Intercompany prices in global reporting system (STRIVE) in invoicing system (JDE 8.12)

Build relationships with ISG and NPI groups to ensure proactive roll out of NPI pricing, new market pricing, Take ownership of process and build appropriate controls

Interface with businesses to process amendments, changes

Ensure adherence to P&L and Balance Sheet controls owned by Financial Control

Analysis, communication and resolution of material variances between the general ledger and upstream systems

Perform financial analysis in the context of results, forecasts and plan to evaluate the business trends, identify key risks & opportunities and provide recommendations

Manage the month-end results reporting process by providing insightful analysis on key variances amongst various product portfolios

Skills Required Flex Careers 2025

Bachelor’s degree in B.com / BBA(Finance) / M.Com / MBA(Finance)
Good knowledge of accounting principles.
Good written/oral communication skills in English
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP Systems.

Preferred Skills:

Internship or project experience in data science.
Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge on the commodity market.
