Job Description

Graduation with 15year full time education is mandatory, candidate need to have degree completion certificate with complete mark sheets. No undergraduates. Excellent communication skills to attend/resolve client issues on calls/chat/mail. Communication scale – CEFR :: B1, C1, C2. Open to work in 24*7 and work from office environment. Analytical problem solvers who will understand issues and to resolve customer issues. Problem solving skills and quick thinking to own & resolve customers’ issues independently, thoroughly & efficiently. Being proactive and show the utmost respect for customer’s time. Good time management, ensuring all contacts with customers add value. Work from Office is mandatory and no option of hybrid, work from home – talent should be based out of Bangalore or Pune.

 

Responsibilities For Candidates:-

Execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines, review and validate the inputs from the Process Executives, support the Team Lead in training, daily reviews and escalation resolution with the objective to meet SLA targets for the specific process within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.
Areas of Responsibility
1. Transition Coordination : Process Training and Certification The Process Specialist conducts training for the team in order to ensure right skill development.
2. Talent Management (People Management) The Process Specialist supports the TL by training people on process / domain as part of the growth plan in order to ensure high E-Sat.
3. SLA Compliance The Process Specialist executes transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines in order to meet SLA targets and participates / supports the TL in the daily huddles, provides training / inputs on processes / business to the team in order to ensure delivery predictability.
4. Process Compliance The Process Specialist executes transaction processing in order to meet quality standards and conducts QC / QA programs as part of the quality plan in order to ensure adherence to process steps.
5. Customer Interaction The Process Specialist handles / helps resolve escalations at the process level in order to ensure high customer satisfaction.
6. Knowledge Management The Process Specialist reviews and validates the inputs from PEs and creates case studies / FAQs in order to capture tacit knowledge.
