Analyzes complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences. Constructs forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge. Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Strong Excel skills are an absolute necessity.
- Strong PowerBI skills a necessity.
- SQL Query, general SQL usage is a key skill used daily
- DAX experience/knowledge is very helpful
- Python scripting is highly valued
- PowerAutomate experience/knowledge is a plus
- Detail-oriented
- Desire to learn new things, ability to deal with fast pace and changing priorities
Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Define, develop, enhance and track metrics via PowerBI Dashboards and automated Excel
