Job Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role require excellent communication skills to attend and resolve client issues through various channels such as calls, chat, and email.
The Communication scale required is CEFR C1, C2.
The candidate must be willing to work in a 24*7 Shifts, voice process, rotational weekly off, work from office environment, and should have completed double vaccination.
The Process Executive should be analytical and possess problem-solving skills to understand and resolve customer issues independently, thoroughly, and efficiently.
Being proactive and respectful of the customer’s time is essential, along with good time management to ensure that all customer interactions add value.
Desired qualifications and skills for the role include experience in customer service, technical support, and regular service desk operations.
Candidates should have excellent communication skills for interacting with customers via voice, chats, and email chats.
The ability to troubleshoot technical issues is also highly valued in this position.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs.
