Job Description

PhonePe is India’s leading digital payments platform with over 280 million registered users. Using PhonePe, users can send and receive money, recharge mobile, DTH, data cards, pay at stores, make utility payments, buy gold, and make investments. PhonePe went live for customers in August 2016 and was the first non-banking UPI app and offered money transfer to individuals and merchants, recharges and bill payments to begin with. In 2017, PhonePe forayed into financial services with the launch of digital gold, providing users with a safe and convenient option to buy 24-karat gold securely on its platform. PhonePe has since launched Mutual Funds and Insurance products like tax-saving funds, liquid funds, international travel insurance, Corona Care, a dedicated insurance product for the COVID-19 pandemic among others.

Required Experience, Skills, Qualifications:

  • Very Good MS office experience is preferred with minimum 1 year work experience in any WFM discipline.
  • Avaya or any ACD knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Any Bachelor’s Degree.


Role Expectations:

  • Proactive day to day queue management and monitoring through RTM Systems, partnering with Inhouse and Vendor Operational teams to optimize adherence to schedules
  • Monitoring intra-day KPI’s to determine impacts to business operations  including SL, Call Volume, AHT, Absenteeism , ART, FRT, etc
  • Processing required short term adjustments to  schedules, including PTO, off-line tasks, changes to 1:1 and Team learning sessions, etc and govern vendor line adherence.
  • Manually adjusting agents skills based on direct requests and pre-planned changes as well as reacting to changes in forecasted volumes.
  • Proactively identifying and reporting issues impacting productivity – partnering with Operations and other Support Functions  in communicating and managing the impacts to both our Customers and Operations teams.
  • Preparing analysis and insights for the business to enable robust decision making that will ultimately improve efficiency and performance in a customer focused way.
  • Analyzing and understanding Productivity, Shrinkage, Occupancy, Attrition and Staffing trends in partnership with the Internal WFM team.
